At the end of the programme, the major learning outcomes would include:
Understand how social, political, economic and institutional factors define the business environment of countries Gain knowledge on financial statements and the impact of business decisions on these statements Understand and appreciate core concepts in marketing and the role of marketing in business; HR processes; planning, design, and operations of manufacturing/service firms; formulation and implementation of strategy; global business, regional and global strategies and collaborations; technology for decision making; business communication; leadership skills, team dynamics; personal values and the importance of the ethical dimension in business and workplace decision making
The pedagogical tool used in the programme will include discussion of typical real-life situations faced by organisations in various basic and functional areas of management. The primary pedagogical tool will be case method of learning. Other methods like audio-visual aid, presentations, group exercises and lecture-cum-discussions will be used appropriately.
Assessment and Certification
The participants’ performance will be assessed continually and on successful completion of the programme, a Certificate of Completion will be issued by GRGCAS.
The participants should have a degree from a recognised university with a minimum work experience of two years
- INR 49,000 (Rupees Forty Nine Thousand only) plus applicable taxes
- The fee is payable in Coimbatore in the name of ‘GRG Education Services’ (GSTIN: 33AAMFS4394M1ZJ)
- The course fee can be paid in two equal instalments, at the time of registration and on the day of the commencement of the programme.
